Eventually decided on Purehan after looking around for water dispenser. Price is competitive with the temperature and functions it comes with. Special highlight to Elaine, she is very patient in addressing all of our concerns, even after working hours. Very informative, does her homework and gives good suggestions. Will update again after receiving the dispenser.

Bought a Purehan UV Trio in Dec24 & decided to give a review after 8mths usage.First, sales Elaine was good, response & support was great.However, the product was a great disappointment. When new, the water dispenser keeps leaking & have to be repair 2 or 3 times but still leaked & finally, a new set was replaced.

Purehan absolutely nailed it by having Elaine Cheah as their sales person. Not only is she equipped with a deep and sound knowledge of Purehan’s technical specifications, she is also able to professionally expound on the respective pros and cons of various market competitors. Elaine is extremely proactive and honest throughout the sales process, but she is never pushy and respects the space and time for prospective buyers to make their final decision. To top it all, Elaine maintains that same level of attentiveness even after purchase. Purehan must do everything they can to retain Elaine, because she is an absolute beacon and shining representation of Purehan. Thank you Elaine, we are so delighted and satisfied with your incredible support! 😍

This is my first water dispenser machine and I love using it! I can have the right temperature water just at the tip of my finger. No additional cleaning required for the faucet and water pipes as the auto UV sterilisation keeps it clean regularly. Sylvia is very knowledgeable and helpful. Installation was fast and minimal mess. Thank you all Purehan staff for your service!

I am happy with the Purehan water dispenser which is easy to use. Both Alkaline Hot and cold water are both convenient for the family. Sylvia was helpful & efficient in arranging the installation & she provided excellent service! Highly recommended!
