You can easily open the cover in front of your machine and just pop in and out the new filters.

All purchases of our machines come with a 1-year free warranty from the date of installation. For extension of warranty, it will be $190/year. Warranty is auto-registered with every purchase of the machine.

1-year full warranty coverage starts from the date of installation. We recommend our customers to extend their warranty along with their purchase. Any forms of defects except for aesthetics to be covered under warranty.

A water inlet , water outlet and a 13amp power point are required for the installation of the Purehan Super Cooling Water Purifier.

Energy consumption of Purehan Super Cooling varies from cold and hot. To dispense cold water, it is at 0.8A while instantaneous hot water is at 2300 kw.

You can contact our service centre at 8783 1212 (hotline) to notify our service representative of the change. It costs $150 to uninstall your current unit and to reinstall the machine back to your new location. Therefore, it will require 2 trips for the relocation in total.
